All care provided – whether virtual or in the home – follows the laws and regulation governing personal health information in Ontario including Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).  This means that your medical information is kept private, secure, and shared only with members of your care team as needed to support your health. We are committed to ensuring that every patient and family can feel safe knowing their information is respected and protected at all times.
